Due to the size of our agency group, we are in a position to conduct many personnel searches in parallel and also to fill entire teams. In order to better meet the needs of our clients in certain situations, we have developed the Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) service as a complement to our Executive and Professionals & Experts Search.This does not involve conducting a single search, but rather placing a recruiting team at the disposal of our clients for a certain period of time (usually at least six months).
The RPO makes sense, for example, when a large number of similar positions need to be filled or the company does not have the capacity to carry out a detailed interview and/or onboarding process with new employees. Our experts can then work for our clients until the relevant processes and resources have been established internally.
In this way, companies can start recruiting very quickly and efficiently, while at the same time building the necessary long-term structures themselves. Another advantage is that thanks to fixed daily rates the costs are easy to plan.
